As our firm expands, we seek to build our team in EMC’s Vientiane, Lao PDR office. If you are interested in pursuing a business advisory career with international growth opportunities and using business methodologies and analytics to support domestic and foreign investors on strategic, market analytical and operation matters, we would like to hear from you.
We are now inviting applicants with Private Sector Development and real business experience to apply for the positions: Analyst and Senior Analyst. All positions are for long-term employment and offer significant growth and travel opportunities.
The Analyst and Senior Analyst Role (Lao National)
- Conduct research through a variety of modes – e.g. internet, interviews – in support of EMC’s consulting engagements
- Prepare, execute and present analytical tasks to be used in developing client deliverables
- Provide logistical support to the EMC consulting team
- Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new clients’ requirements and subject areas
- Develop own professional skills at high pace
Qualifications & Experience Required
- At least three years of business experience preferred
- Excellent analytical capabilities and skills in Office software applications and SPSS
- Master Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Economics, Finance)
- Demonstrated capacity to work with little supervision
- Ability to work in a multi-national environment and as part of a team
- Excellent spoken and written English
